Pre-Purchase Surveys

Pre-Purchase surveys are essential when purchasing a new or used vessel. They are required by both your financial institutions and insurance companies to ensure structural stability, regulation compliance, functionality of onboard systems, safety and to provide an assessed value.

Insurance Renewal Surveys

Insurance Renewal surveys are required by your insurance providers to verify that the insured vessel is still fit for it's intended use. The providers main concerns are structural integrity, safety and regulation compliance. An appraised value will also be provided for the subject vessel.

Appraisal Surveys

Appraisal surveys are inspections performed to gather enough information to justify or determine the fair market value of the vessel. This survey is for financing, auctions, estate settlements, donations, and legal cases.

Inspections

This service is for those clients who do not require a complete full survey, but wish to know the vessel's structural stability, functionality of onboard systems and regulation compliance without a written/typed report or assessed value.

$25/Foot for LOA < 40'
$28/Foot for LOA 40'-60'
$1850/Day for LOA > 60'
$40 - Digital Report Fee
$.90/Mile - Travel Fee
Inspections, Appraisals & Consultations: $150/Hour
